Suggested Use
As a dietary supplement, mix one serving (one rounded scoop) 10-15 minutes before training with 6-8 ounces of water. Beta-Cret is effective when using a single (1) serving however, two scoops (2) may be of particular value in establishing one's "Torque Zone." Assess tolerance level when increasing doses, never take more than three (3) servings during a single use.
