Did not see any results with this for weight loss or appetite control. Made me bloated feeling. Skip this one and buy this brands "raspberry ketone and green tea" supplement and pair it with green coffee bean extract (also available from Lucky Vitamin) to help curb cravings and lose weight naturally.

New product for me,saw on Dr.Oz show,supposed to block carbs,seems to be working,no side effects to any of these supplements.
