Futurebiotics Vitamin K Triple Play Vitamin K Triple Play provides a total of 550 mcg of Vitamin K from both Vitamin K1 and Vitamin K2 sources. Vitamin K is a set of structurally-similar fat-soluble vitamins. This collection of vitamins includes two vitamers: vitamin K1 and vitamin K2. While both vitamers support health benefits, vitamin K2 has been shown to be more bioavailable and remain biologically active in the body longer than vitamin K1.
