Suggested Use
For weight loss: Take one yellow capsule and one purple tablet together 15 minutes before main meals.
For a significant energy boost: Take one yellow capsule and one purple tablet together as needed. WarningsDo not exceed one purple tablet and one yellow capsule in any 4-hour period. Do not exceed 3 purple tablets and 3 yellow capsules in any 24-hour period. This product contains a significantly potent xanthine (stimulants) mixture, of approximately 300 mg per serving. Consult a physician or licensed qualified health-care professional before using this product if you have, or have a family history of, the following conditions: high blood pressure, cardiovascular disease, thyroid disease, seizure disorder, diabetes, recurrent headaches, depression or other psychiatric condition. Read the label and follow directions. Discontinue use and call a physician or licensed health-care professional immediately if you experience rapid heartbeat, dizziness, severe headache, shortness of breath, or other similar symptoms. Consumption in excess of the recommended servings, or consumption of a serving at a more frequent interval than recommended, may cause serious adverse health effects.
Limit the use of caffeine-containing medications, food or beverages while taking this product because too much caffeine may cause nervousness, irritability, sleeplessness and occasionally, rapid heart beat.
Not for use by individuals under the age of 18 years. Do not use if pregnant or nursing. Keep ouf of reach of children. Use only as directed.

Excellent product...As good as it gets...good results...

Took this for 2 weeks, had to discontinue use. Made my heart race and felt sick. No added energy and did not help curb my appetite.

I have been using the product as directed for three weeks now. I have lost no weight and I do not feel any boost of energy when I take it.

I did not lose the weight I expected but it might be that I was not able to execise because i work night shift and eat late at night and sleep most of day, feel that may if I had a normal normal work, exercised and ate normal I would have had better results.

waste of money. didn't help me lose weight. on the other hand if it had worked i'd be shelling out $100 a month. ha ha. i was pleased with luckyvitamin shipping and price compared to other sites though.

I've been using this product for a week and I already see results in my energy and in my appetite. I'm highly satisfied with the results, I already feel thinner and happier!

This product was a complete waste of money. Other than heart burn it did nothing. I was led to believe it would be similar to metabolife 356. I am very disappointed and duped.
