I add this to my smoothies daily, and feel my skin is softer and less dry.... have only used it for a short time... so need more time to know for sure... but so far so good!!

This has great ingredients for skin and joints, but I can't get past the taste. Luckily my daughter doesn't mind it mixed with orange juice and yoghurt in a smoothie so she'll use it. I'll look for it in capsules.
