Suggested Use
As a dietary supplement, begin by taking one serving (1 capsule) in the morning on an empty stomach and one serving (1 capsule) 5-6 hours later in the mid-afternoon to assess tolerance. If well tolerated, an additional capsule may be added to the morning serving for a total of 3 capsules per day. DO NOT EXCEED MORNING SERVING SIZE OF ONE CAPSULE FOR THE FIRST SEVERAL DAYS OF USE AND UNTIL TOLERANCE IS ASSESSED. DO NOT EXCEED 3 CAPSULES IN A 24 HOUR PERIOD. Drink plenty of water throughout the day to avoid dehydration. Super HD may be taken for up to 8 weeks but should then be discontinued for a minimum of 4 weeks.

Strength:
Still hitting PR's i hit 275 x 5 on BB Row and got 315 x 2 and last time i did them i struggled on 225 x 5 nearly 6-8 months ago (cant remember).
Bench Numbers are on the rise too hit 245 x 3 on Barbell Incline on Wednesday
Monday I did heavy deadlifts and worked up to 365 for multiple sets of 2 reps with better form than last time.
Thoughts:
- Increased Body Temp
- No Jittery Energy ... Very Smooth
- Overall better mood and sense of awareness
- Skin gets a touch red (niacin flush)
- First few doses at 2 caps I could feel myself melting on the treadmill for morning cardio such a good feeling!

APPETITE CONTROL If you have trouble controlling your appetite then Super HD is perfect for you!This was the feature that stuck out most to me because I usually over power hunger suppressants. Not once while on Super HD did I cheat with snacks.
WEIGHT LOSS Compared to other products it was slightly better I lost about a pound more without doing anything extreme.It's worth the switch to Super HD due to the fact you don't crash or get jittery effects.
FOCUS AND AWARENESS were amazing you really zone in on what you're doing!
ENERGY You get a high amount of energy and you complete workouts at full intensity. I did a combination of cardio/weights and not once did I crash while doing them.It's steady energy through out the day!
OVERALL If you want something that will destroy cravings give you energy and not have you feel jittery then you've found the right product with Cellucors Super HD

This is by far the best thermo I have used to date. Great energy last all day and you literally "feel the burn" with this product. It puts you in a great mood feeling this, making you WANT to eat healthy knowing the results you'll achieve with this product. Highly recommended!!
