Q: I thought softgels are made with animal derived gelatin, they claim their softgels are animal free, how?
A: It is true that animal derived gelatin was the only material to make softgels in the nutraceutical industry until very recently. Now the new technology allows companies to make softgels from seaweed and starch based ingredients. Their softgels do not contain any animal ingredients of any kind. They are 100% vegan.
