This jam acts just like boysenberry preserves, yet is dense with nutrition, low in sugar, full of whole superfoods, and completely unprocessed. Featuring two all-star superfoods – acai and chia – it’s a fantastic way to sneak extra antioxidants, essential fatty acids, and vital micronutrients into any diet. Acai’s soft berry flavor results in a mild-tasting jam, which is as versatile as it is delicious. For a stronger fruity taste, mix in ¼ cup muddled fresh berries (like strawberries or blackberries) before serving. Ingredients
Difficulty Easy

• 2 Tbsp. Navitas Naturals Acai Powder
• 2 Tbsp. Navitas Naturals Chia Seeds
• ½ cup apple juice (fresh is best)
• 2 Tbsp maple syrup
• 1 Tbsp lemon juice

Directions

Mix together the chia seeds with the apple juice in a small bowl or glass. Allow to sit for 20 – 30 minutes, stirring once. After the chia has gelatinized, mix in the acai powder, maple syrup, and lemon juice. For best results, allow mixture to set for 30 minutes before serving. Will keep in a sealed container in the refrigerator for 1-2 weeks.

Recipe - Acai Catsup

Antioxidant Rich
A delicious fresh catsup packed with antioxidant rich acai, powerful maca for strengthening our adrenal glands and immune system, and sweetened with low calorie and low glycemic yacon syrup. Enjoy with your Garden Omega Sunburger and as a condiment with vegetables, sandwiches, and traditional burgers, fries, and hotdogs.

Ingredients
Difficulty: Easy

• 1 tsp. Navitas Naturals Acai Powder
• 1 Tbsp. Navitas Naturals Yacon Powder
• 1 Tbsp. Navitas Naturals Maca Powder
• 1 cup tomato, chopped
• 2 tsp. apple cider vinegar

Directions
In a small blender, place all your ingredients. Blend smooth.  Will keep for a few days in your fridge.  This recipe is best made in a personal sized travel blender. If using a larger blender, double or triple this recipe.

Recipe - Frozen Berry Shake

Ingredients
Difficulty: Easy

• 1 tsp. Navitas Naturals Maca Powder
• 1 Tbsp. Navitas Naturals Acai Powder
• 1 Tbsp. Navitas Naturals Yacon Powder
• 1 cup Chia gel (see chia gel recipe)
• 2 Young Thai coconuts water and flesh
• 1 bannana
• 1 cup Frozen blueberries or other frozen berries
• add Water as needed

Directions
Blend all ingredients together, adding water as needed, and serve!
