Oskri Organics Fiber Bar Cashews and Cranberries are designed for those who want to increase thier fiber intake(12 or 13 grams pr bar). They are also low in sugar (3 or 4 grams per bar), low in carbs and low in Calories. Such properties make them suitable for diabetics, they are delicious bars made with kids in mind.
The Fiber bars are made with the finest ingredients, with no additives, preservatives or artificial sweeteners. Chicory Root Extract(100% soluble fiber) is used as a binder and this increases the fiber content for each bar.

i just bought one bar to see if i would like it and i really do, it doesn't have that weird after taste a lot of bars have. its really crunchy and it tastes more like a candy bar than a fiber bar. i love the cashew in it.

Husband loves them. Take along for a quick snack or days breakfast just didn't happen.
