Oskri Organics Fiber Bar Almonds are designed for those who want to increase thier fiber intake (12 or 13 grams pr bar). They are also low in sugar (3 or 4 grams per bar), low in carbs and low in Calories. Such properties make them suitable for diabetics, they are delicious bars made with kids in mind.
The Fiber bars are made with the finest ingredients, with no additives, preservatives or artificial sweeteners. Chicory Root Extract(100% soluble fiber) is used as a binder and this increases the fiber content for each bar.

Have eaten for some time from several sources. Then, had difficulty finding these bars and was glad to see you had them. I have eaten one and thought it tasted a little stale. Maybe others will be better.

The BEST high fiber bar on the market, IMHO. :) I did a lot of looking at fiber bars before I decided that this one is the very best for my needs. I wanted to have a high fiber bar which was natural. I didn't want any GMOs like corn (over 80 percent of all US corn is Genetically Modified) or coloring or flavorings (natural or artificial) or artificial sweeteners or flavor enhancers like MSG and aspartame (synthetic sweetener and excitotoxin), or "modified" ingredients (do you know what they do to modify it?) - but I did want it to taste nice, too. It was hard to find a good, healthy, natural high fiber bar, but this bar has it all!! It is all natural ingredients, high in fiber - 12 GRAMS per bar!! - and tastes great! At 190 calories it's a great quick snack or pick-me-up any time. If you are looking for good, natural and great tasting fiber in your diet, this will work regardless of the diet. HIGHLY recommended.

We like these bars. They taste good and the fact that it has fiber in them is a plus. We have been eating them for a long time There are several differant ones, but we like these the best, although they all taste good, this one is the one we like best.
