This is a great sleep add . It helped me get off sleeping pills after my sugery, I sill take them to get a good nights rest. They are all natual and work great.

I usually don't like taking "traditional" sleep aids, of which this is certainly NOT! This is a fantastic product that allows one's body to replenish itself during sleep.

I am once again in Afghanistan and I work nights so it's hard to sleep on a military base. This vitamin/herbal sleep helper works fantastic. I want more as soon as this bottle runs out. I sleep 8 hours solid most of the time and without a residual effect.
