When Jill Brack and her daughter Stella were diagnosed with celiac disease they began baking gluten free cookies for friends and family. The feedback was unanimous — everybody loved these crave-worthy cookies! Soon local stores began ordering and Glow Gluten Free was born.

I purchased this brand of cookie as I found one review elsewhere talking about them being soft and delicious. I don't think we ate the same cookie. I ordered three cookie varieties by this brand. Two of them (this one included) were almost tasteless and the texture was hard, gritty and crumbly. The molasses ginger was still hard, but at least there was the taste of molasses there. I have had some excellent gluten free cookies by Amy's and another two brands I can purchase locally. I'm sorry I wasted my money on these cookies. I hope I save someone else’s.
