Candice Foods has been in business for over ten years. They are a dedicated gluten, casein and nut free facility. When they first began they made mixes and pre-made cookies which they were very well known for both in the retail market and autism community. All of their products were gluten, casein, soy and corn free. They introduced their protein bars in 2002 and the rest is history!

Their protein bars became such a huge success that they focused on continuing to improve thier bars and wanted to provide a healthy protein bar not full of junk, a bar that they felt good about giving their own children. Their children have suffered from food allergies to include a life threatening nut allergy. So they created a protein bar that would be safe for their children and themrselves. They also wanted a protein bar that was filled with good nutrition as well.

Their protein bars are completely free of: gluten, casein, wheat dairy, corn, soy, nuts, GMO's, additives and preservatives and well..... junk! They use only natural ingredients and believe in keeping their bars simple and pure. The flavor of each bar is rich and fulfilling without compromising their belief in keeping foods as clean as possible.
