Suggested Use

Very Mild Chocolate flavor, so if you're looking for something to get your chocolate fix in for the day, you might need to add some cocoa powder or something. In terms of nutrition, I have yet to find a more complete MRP, its loaded with protein, vitamins, enzymes, fiber, and has no artificial sweeteners. My only gripe is its lack of some healthy fats, so I supplement it by using 1/2 water and 1/2 coconut milk as my liquids and dump a spoonful of chia seeds in as well. This combo keeps me full for hours and feeling great all day.
