Suggested Use
As a dietary supplement, mix (1) tablespoon in 8 oz. of Aerobic Life aloe vera juice or fruit juice one to three times daily. In the morning, 30 minutes before or after a meal and/or at bedtime. Drink immediately and follow with a large glass of water. WarningsNotice: A temporary feeling of fullness is normal after taking ABC. You may also notice more frequent bowel movements. Mucus and dark layered fecal matter are not uncommon and no cause for an alarm.

The best fiber we have ever used. My husband says it gives him the best results of all fibers I have given him. The herbs in it have a energizing feeling both mentally and physically too. Highly recommend this product. Plan on using this and alternating with flax seeds to give the body different nutrients.

really disgusting tasting, hard to choke down. I think since I use regular psyllium husk powder on a regular basis there wasn't anything "extra" to clean out.
