This product is most definitely not a weight gainer. I took this "weight gainer" three times a day for three weeks after my regular meals and did not even gain one pound. The taste is okay considering you'd only have to tolerate 3 oz of it. Big disappointment. I'm not so concerned about money wasted but rather my effort trying to gain weight was wasted.
