Great stuff! I mix this with "Ultimate Life - The Ultimate Meal" to complement the nutritional elements... great, great stuff.

I love the taste of this protein and it is so healthy. I use 1/2 portion in a breakfast drink and 1/2 portion on my salad at lunch. Makes the lunch so tasty. This has covered my additional protein needs on a low calorie (1000) diet. And the price was perfect.

Tastes good, I now use this plant protein instead of whey protein for better nutrition.

Works ok in my cereal, but not my smoothies which is the main reason i bought it. Just doesn't taste as good as Lifetime vitamins brand. Nutritional value is about the same so probably will not purchase again.

I have never used a protein powder before and wanted to try one, as most breakfast items found me hungry within 2 hrs. I am someone who is active and likes to workout in the morning. The Jarrow Plant Protein powder absolutely keeps me satisfied throughout the whole morning. The taste is good: I make my shake with unsweetened almond milk and some good cinnamon. I just purchased another one because I am thoroughly enjoying it. Use a good blender, as it's pretty thick !

I have this every day in 8 oz of unsweetened Almond milk in a blender with greens, frozen unsweetened berries & cherries, a banana. This my protein smoothie for breakfast after I work out. Very pleased with the product & the price. People may not like the taste of this powder but when its mixed in a smoothie you don't taste the product & its not grainy in flavor or texture.
