Suggested Use
Use only as directed. Apply once or twice a day as needed. Dispense cream into the palm of the hand and rub onto the skin of your chest, abdomen, inner arms, or thighs - rotating area each time. Do not use for more than 3 weeks out of a month.

This product is wonderful. It is easy to apply. NOT greasy AT ALL! It smells a little bit like dirt (very light smell, however) but, you get used to it. My sister assured me that other people can't smell it at all. So, that is good. I would recommend this product to everyone. The pump is a MUST HAVE option! WAY easier than having to measure and then apply (which is really annoying!).
