I recommend this product!
I love this product! I have always had a problem with thin nails that peel and break but after taking this product for 2 months I have very healthy strong nails. My hair has grown healthier and stronger too. I have tried other products on the market and some of the pills make me nauseous. I like the fact that this is a liquid and it tastes good too. My son likes this product because it has helped his skin clear up and appear smoother and healthier.

We did not like this product,it made us sleepy even after we woke up,since you take it at night.It just does not seen to do what it said.I will try another product for this next time.This one i will not buy any more.

I recommend this product!
After only 2 weeks of use, my skin is showing signs of improvement. The dryness is being replaced with softness and I have noticed my skin is starting to glow. I can't wait to see the results after a couple of months of use.
