I began taking MegaFood's BloodBuilder shortly after my baby was born 6 months ago & I found myself slightly anemic. I had fantastic results with that so when I was out of those and nearly our of my multivitamin, I tried these. I have not taken them much however as constipation co-insided with starting these. And that is why I'd been avoiding iron supplements all along. Ugh. Perhaps there was another factor but I've been leery ever since (& solved my problem by going off these vitamins). Waiting for a "normal" week to try without any other factors that could also present a problem, but when is life normal?
