This product is a whole food and I like it because you can take these supplements on an empty stomach without side effects. I have been taking these for years, and this is my favorite supplement brand.

THIS PRODUCT HAS BEEN GREAT FOR IRON LEVELS WITHOUT THE TUMMY PROBLEMS!! HAS BROUGHT UP MY TESTED LEVELS. IT IS A GREAT ! SOURCE FOR GASTRIC BYPASS PATIENTS WHO HAVE A REDUCES STOMACHE SIZE AND WHO DON'T HAVE THE BENEFITS OF THE LOWER STOMACHE, SPECIFICALLY ENTRINSIC FACTOR FOR ABSORPTION. WOULD LOVE LABELING THAT REMINDS THAT IRON AND CALCIUM FIGHT FOR ABSOPTION AND NEED TO BE TAKEN A CERTAIN ? AMOUNT OF TIME APART FROM THE OTHER.
I DO HAVE TO SAY THAT THE WAY OVER SIZED BOTTLE IS IRRITATING FOR "ROOM" IN STORAGE AND FOR WEIGHT!! HIGHLY UNECESSARY, AND BULKY!! ALSO, "PRICEY" BUT GREAT PRODUCT OTHERWISE.
