Got good stuff in it!
And Himalaya's products rock - a Staple in India. Of course much cheaper there too! For me though the dosing has always been hard for me to keep up with, with or without meals etc It's best to use the products for longer than one bottle to really get results, but I am just travelling to much now and unable to keep up with pills.

My husband and I started taking this about a month ago. He has suffered from depression, so this is helping his mood. It is helping calm me down as I am pretty stressed as a full time worker, wife, & mom.

I am very hard to please customer. This is one of the best products that I have use. I have always had weak adrenal glands, this helps me a lot. It also improves my skin tone and my hair. I do recommend this product.
