After taking this Ayurvedic medicine for a few days I can definitely feel a difference in mental alertness and at the same time a restful, good night's sleep. Especially when working on the computer my concentration and speed seem to have increased. Had about with diarrhea, but am not sure whether it was related to the Bacopa.

I haven't noticed any huge changes in my mental clarity with this item but I feel as if it does help a bit with focus. I would also say it does help a bit with anxiety. I have only been using it for about a month and may increase the dose to see if it is more effective (currently taking the recommended dose of 1 pill per day).

I really feel like this product has is helping with my focus especially in the afternoon when I get the most distracted and have less energy.
