Suggested Use
Microwave Cooking Directions:
- Place noodles in bowl and pour a cup of hot water over the noodles to soften and loosen.
- Using lid, drain water from noodles.
- Add soup base and toppings to noodles then add 1 to 1 1/4 cups of water.
- Cover loosely with lid and microwave on high for 90 seconds, until noodles are hot.
No microwave? Add 1 to 1 1/4 cups boiling water to soup base, toppings and noodles. Cover with lid and let stand 2 minutes. WarningsBowl will be hot after microwaving.

This is the best flavor of the annie chun soup lineup. The noodles are soft and reconstitute nicely, but the vegetables are a bit lacking, especially for the price. I would have appreciated even one or two full pieces of mushroom or tofu. Regarding the flavor, it is quite tasty, but make sure when preparing it you dont add too much water; 1 cup is enough - otherwise you'll dilute the flavor. If you are on the go, you can also add other shelf-stable ingredients such as canned white meat chicken (not as bad as you think!). Or, better yet, real cubes of tofu. This is a mild soup with little to no spice. Some might prefer a dash of hot sauce or soy sauce. Also, another plus is that the noodles are non-fried, so that makes them not only easier to digest then traditional ramen, but much lower in fat.
They claim its 2 servings, but thats a joke - anyone would eat the whole thing.
