Gamma Amino Butyric Acid (GABA), discovered in 1950, is a neurotransmitter found in the brain. GABA is made in the brain from the amino acid glutamate, with the aid of Vitamin B-6. GABA is intended to provide nutritive support for relaxation. Kal L-Thianine anti-stress formula provides a Free Form amino acid found naturally in green tea. L-Theanine is intended to provide nutritive support for a feeling of relaxation. Different from other relaxation type products, L-Theanine does not cause drowsiness.

Pleasant-tasting way of getting your B's and more. I haven't used it for long but can definitely say I feel better. Vitamin B variants invariably carry that "vitamin" taste and the sweet mango flavor here does about as good a job as any to disguise it. Bonus points for small, chewable tabs

I wasn't able to sleep good for few days, because of stress at work.. was waking up with anxiety and fast heart bit.. Then it came to my mind that I have this one, I took a 2 as recommended and I slept well without trouble, i took again in the morning and feel calm and balanced all day.. Good product.

Really helps my 11 yo with aspergers calm down. He feels the difference!
