Suggested Use
Spray 4-5 times onto skin and massage the area. After a while you may see a slight white residue forming on the areas where you have applied the spray. It is just the salt that has stayed behind on the skin and can be wiped or washed off. Add 2 ounces to your bath or foot soak and immerse for 20-30 minutes. It can also be used as a deodorant.

Great for back pains, sore muscles and to increase may magnesium. The body absorbs it without giving me diarrhea.

This is a good price and good product for transdermal magnesium supplementation, and I don't itch after application, but the pump mechanism stopped working after a few days. It might be due to clogs, or it might just be a cheap pump. I am going to transfer to a better bottle.

I put this on my feet at night before I sleep and I sleep much better and have a better healthy overall feel good feeling I can't explain it but this is a product I will keep a study supply of!
