Suggested Use

I have been taking this protein since february of this year and it has been amazing! I have hashimotos disease and am on a strcit diet. The fact that this has no soy, wheat, dairy, and is all natural is great. the chocolate flavor is my favorite because i mix it with egg whites to make protein pancakes. I love this product and have seem major changes in my body. I would recommend it to anyone wanting to improve their muscles and get tone.

Great to mix with fruits. Mixes very easily with hand shaker or blender. You can use this flavor to mellow out the other flavor protein mixes if they are too strong.

I am very happy with this product for the goals I am working toward in my fitness career, more so, happy with the best price offered online through LuckVitamin.

Taste is pretty good. It's much like Plant Fusion - they both use the same protein formula. I've been wanting a change from whey protein.
The problem I have with these are the relatively large dose of sodium in each serving. Close to 350mg. That's too much sodium In my opinion.

I love this product, I mix it with fruit and almond milk for a morning breakfast shake.
