Suggested Use

Taste is OK, but it is missing something. I add extra chocolate to it to balance the flavor. Mixes easy with hand shaker or blender.

I found this product entirely by accident. A local grocery store set the last jar to half price just to get rid of it. Turned out to be a great product and Lucky Vitamin's price is still less than the groceries half price.
The product mixes quickly with mild and tastes great. It is a very fine powder so you don't have to mix as much as other products to get it to dissolve. There is no need for a blender. I use a common drink shaker to mix it up.
The product makes me feel great most of the day. It pretty much lasts until dinner and it curbs my hunger cravings throughout the day.
I'm using the product mostly to combat chronic fatigue syndrome, not to body build, and it seems to be helping. It helps keep me moving throughout the day and clears that "foggy brain" feeling.
Thanks Lucky Vitamin, I'll be using this product for a long time.
