Amino Acids are the buliding blocks of proteins, which are formed from long chains of amino acids. Of the 20 nutritional amino acids, 8 are essential, which means that the body is unable to manufacture them so they must be obtained from food.

Of all the plant-based protein supplements I have tried (and I have spent hundreds of Dollars on many, many brands), Plant Fusion is by far the best.
The main problem I've had with EVERY other brand (including Sun Warrior, Nutri-Biotic, Life Time, Living Harvest, MLO and Jarrow, to name a few of the dozen or so I've sampled) is that they all have a grainy texture. None of them completely dissolve, even with a blender (forget using a shaker), leaving you with a grainy or powdery consistency, regardless of how much fruit you put in to try and hide it.
I was about ready to give up on plant-based protein until I found Plant Fusion. The stuff mixes easily (though I still use a hand blender, some have reported a shaker is fine) and the taste is excellent. They offer vanilla bean, chocolate and unflavored, in case you prefer to add your own flavorings.

I LIKED THE FLAVOR, IT MIXED WELL WITH FRUIT. I HAD A PROBLEM WITH BLOATING AND IT DIDN'T GO AWAY. I STOPPED USING THE PRODUCT. MY FRIEND HAD THE SAME DIFFICULTY. WE BOTH ADDED FIBER AS SUGGESTED, BUT, IT DIDN'T HELP.

Great product. All plant based which is a plus if you are looking for that. Does get very thick, sticky and clumpy when mixed with liquids. The taste isn't the best, and I've had better tasting vanilla protein mixes.

Mixes very easily, but scoop carefully as product does cloud up easily. Tastes good, especially with a banana and almond milk added in. I think I'd choose a non flavored in the future though since the flavor is strong. Overall a very good meal/protein replacement non whey shake mix!

Absolutely love this product. I usually mix with ice and unsweetened almond milk and drink for breakfast. Doesn't mix well so I recommend using a blender or silver bullet.

This is the 3rd time ordering PlantFusion - I am making this one of my staple foods.
I make a smoothie with it - adding fruit - and it is wonderful. Very digestible, and satisfying. Great way to ingest the essential protein without soy or milk products.

I am not able to tolerate other protein products made from soy, whey, or egg. A professional Naturopath recommended this product and it has been great. It comes in several flavors, as well as unflavored, and I greatly appreciate the variety, since I use diffeent kinds of smoothies.

i've tried quite a number of protein supplement products... because i'm a vegan, i can't use whey based powders to make my smoothies....
but, from the first time i tried "plant fusion" i was hooked! so, i decided on the 2 lb. size, and i'm thrilled. every lunch i blend a scoop of this with rice, almond, or coconut milk, frozen fruits, walnuts, bananas, and whatever is most appealing, and i LOVE the outcome! the energy i gain takes me through the afternoon's activities... it's great stuff!

I am ASTOUNDED at the high rating this product has; I found it to be atrocious in almost every facet. I didn't find it tasted even REMOTELY of vanilla and, true to pea protein, it was slimy and gloppy. Despite the use of both fructose AND stevia, I didn't find this to be sweet tasting at all which, frankly, is necessary since it's so sorely lacking in vanilla flavor.
I bought this because of the other protein sources BESIDES pea protein, thinking it would help with both taste and consistency, but this tasted like STRAIGHT pea protein.
I would NOT buy this again OR recommend to others.

Our friends turned my husband and I onto Plant Fusion. They drink it for lunch every day as a weight loss aid and said they had lost 35 lbs between them. So we decided to try. We like it a lot. We haven't really changed our eating habits that much besides a shake for lunch and Iactually lost 4 lbs in the first 2 weeks.

Finally a protein with no soy, which can be bad for women when consumed in large amounts. The taste is great for a plant based powder. I love to mix it in a blender with frozen blueberries and almond milk, makes a great smoothie. I love this protein powder.

I liked it. A bit grainy, but good. I've been using whey (Isopure) for years and felt it was time for a change. Also, nearly all whey is produced in China. Isopure is really good, but it was time for a change.

I spent a lot of time researching proteins to replace the cheap whey I had been using. I love this stuff - I mix it with organic apple juice (I know - fructose, not the best sugar post workout) and it tastes fantastic. I look forward to my shakes every time I work out.

Have been using PlantFusion Vanilla Bean, for over 2yrs now. Love, love it. I find it mixes well, tastes great, and you cannot beat the price here at Lucky Vitamin! I don't like whey based protein powders b/c of my dairy allergy, but even more so, the smooth "energy" from this is so nice. I won't ever switch from PlantFusion!

I mix this vanilla protein powder with a little bit of water and drink it every morning, before breakfast. It's the best tasting gluten free and dairy free protein powder that I have found.

Plant Fusion is one of montly staples, when this bad boy is about to run out, I order more immediately. I'm very happy with the results from this product and love the fact that its sweetened with Stevia. It mixes really well for shakes and makes awesome protein pancakes!

This is a great protein powder drink blend! seriously... it actually tastes good! I mix mine with unsweetened Almond milk & ice or frozen banana to add some carbs for a breakfast/ meal that will keep me going. After doing some research on protein.. i learned that the most easily accessible protein for you body is plan-based. rice and pea being the best combination! but you'd never know how much of a "Health food" this is, it's non chalk-y and smooth. love the vanilla, can blend it with so many different smoothie combinations. Plus with so many foods & beverages making our P.H. balance in the acidic range ,this offers a nice balance being that it's Alkaline- forming. LOVE this product! when i couldn't find this brand in my town, I bought every sample-sized plant-based protein mixes they had... took about 1 sip of each before throwing them out! They could come close to the benefits & especially the flavor & texture of this product. So glad I found it online here!!

Awesome & the BEST Plant based powder I've ever tried. Mixes very wellin the Nutribullet with fresh fruit and Hemp seed. Highly recommend for Vegans by far.

I have really liked this product. It is a good pick me up. It is good tasting. I had tried a pea protein powder and could barely get it down. The only thing I would say bad it is very powdery and when you put it in the glass it can get all over if your not careful.

I was surprised that I really liked this flavor. I have tried the chocolate and of course it's was delicious. I liked this flavor so much that I don't know which flavor is my favorite...I guess I'll have to buy both and switch it up from day to day. Also, (for many reasons) I blend this powder with water in a "Magic Bullet" and it desolves really, really well. I highly recommend this product.
