Suggested Use
Stir approx. 3/4 scoop into 6-8 ozs. of water, low fat milk, or juice. Use one or two times daily between meals or after workouts to add extra protein to your diet and to support muscle repair and growth. You can also add their 100% egg protein to oatmeal, pancakes, muffins, shakes and more.

Actually does taste like vanilla ice cream and is naturally flavored. It's the best tasting egg protein I have had and LuckyVitamin sells it way cheaper than other competitors.

Very good protein content. You will need to mix with something for flavor; flavor is faint to bland.

I have multiple food allergies and cannot do whey, wheat/gluten, glutamine peptides and no artificial sweeteners... and so many protein powders have one or all of these! This egg white protein is the cleanest and best product I've been fortunate enough to find! I mix the vanilla in my pre and post workout shakes and drink the yummy strawberry plain! LOVE this egg white protein powder!

It has a nice taste. I mix it with Emeril's Bold Coffee (cold)plus 8 oz of water in a protein mixer bottle and it is delicious! Don't use hot coffee or the mix will clump up.

Since I am allergic to both milk and soy, I have used this egg protein for years to jump start my day with just the right amount of protein mixed with water or rice milk. It tastes great mixed with fresh berries or mango. Love this product!
