Non-irritating. Can be combined with other medications or creams without any problems.

I was really happy to see an OTC company make a product that has Willow Bark extract for pimple treatment, which is gentler than other OTC treatments. For me, it works pretty well at eradicating pimples without the irritation of the other more-chemical based ingredients. Very happy with this product.
