I am very pleased w/ this item, it is a great way to help supplement nutrients for my teenagers who don't eat as many whole foods as us Moms would like. My only con was the instruction which was not initially clear so the 3 gelcaps were taken all together rather than divided one for each meal.

I like these vitamins because I feel better when I take them. Because they are liquid in softgels they are absorbed more completely then most vitamins and I also do not have to purchase seperate omegas because they are included in the Irwin Naturals Green Liquid-Gel Multi.

This is a great product. I can definitely feel a difference in my energy. I love the amount of pure nutrients that are in these. I did seem to notice I seemed to have issues if I took the 3rd capsule to late in the evening, but I am very sensitive to anything that has potential to increase energy. I just switched to taking 2 a day. I eat pretty healthy, so I'm probably getting the extra nutrients I'm missing in that 3rd capsule.
