Ultra Botanicals MSM Powder is commonly taken for joint problems aches and pains, and allergy season support. MSM also helps nourish the skin and remove toxins from the body. Methylsulfonylmethane (MSM) is a naturally occurring, organic, sulfur-containing compound related to another sulfur-containing substance, dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO). MSM is found in small amounts throughout nature and has been detected in small amounts in the blood and urine of humans. A precursor of MSM is formed initially by ocean plankton and released into the atmosphere, where it interacts with ozone and sunlight and returns to earth as MSM in rainfall. MSM can be taken up by plants and incorporated into their structure, but no measurement of the MSM content of foods has been done.

I ordered this about just 2 weeks ago. However it is not for me but for my DOGS - as I don't like giving them pills/plastic capsules since neither one is a healthy option.
Since I have started them on it, I have to say that it is working! One of my dog I adopted last year - from shelter is doing great as she is little aged and had mange/slow walking speed. Now her coat is getting better and she is walking fast as well.
Not to mention the price - Whole Foods 8oz MSM Organic powder is $14 while this is (though not organic) is 16oz and $12.71!!!!! I ordered 2 boxes so I saved even more as I didn't want to pay shipping twice! Good value and good product!!

Excellent brand of MSM, no extra fillers, etc. I use it along with Glucosamine Sulphate to relieve joint inflammation and with a little time it completely takes away any knee problems.
