Suggested Use
Apply to sponge or wash cloth and massage onto skin. Rinse with warm water. Gently towel dry.

I have extremely sensitive and acne prone skin. This is the best body wash I have tried. I use it on my face as well. It is soothing and doesn't dry out my skin. The scent is very strong, so I am going to try the fragrance free version soon as well.I would definitey recommend!
