I suppose this is a good alternative for those who can't stand the taste of flaxseed oil, but for the price and dose of flaxseed oil you receive in each pill, liquid flaxseed oil would be better.

This is the first time I have tried this product as an alternative for fish oil omega 3's. I have not noticed the benefit I was looking for. I will switch back to the fish oil types to get the omega 3's.
