Returns are ONLY accepted if the item is damaged in shipping or defective upon receipt. No other reason will qualify for a approved return. As stated on all packing slips, Verilux must be notified of any and all damages and shortages via phone 802-496-3101, fax 802-496-3105 or e-mail to verilux@verilux.com within 72 hours of receipt of goods. UPS claim/trace will be required. Verilux will process claims and reship the order. Please allow 3 weeks for resolution of claim. Also note, customer is responsible for shipping the defective product back to the manufacturer.

Suggested Use
Operating your Verilux CleanWave UV-C Portable Toothbrush Sanitizer
- Turn sanitizer over and remove the lid on the battery compartment.
- Insert 2-AAA alkaline batteries (making sure they are inserted in the proper direction).
- Replace the battery compartment cover.
- Open the lid of the Sanitizer and insert your toothbrush with the neck in the clip (make sure the bristles are facing the light at the back of the compartment).
- Close the lid, and you will notice the light has illuminated (the lid will protect your eyes from the UV-C light).
- The built-in timer will provide a complete 6-minute sanitizing cycle before automatically turning itself off.
- Although the unit has air circulation holes, it is recommended that you shake off all excess water prior to placing your toothbrush in the sanitizer.
- There is no need to wait after sanitizing cycle to use your toothbrush again.
Warnings
- Do not immerse the Sanitizer in water, but use a slightly damp cloth to carefully wipe down the interior and exterior of the Sanitizer, if soiled.
- Batteries should be removed if the Sanitizer will not be used for more than 30 days
