I have finaly found a Calcium that I can take. Most other vitamins upset my tummy. I cannot tell you how many I have returned or tossed. This one though, NO PROBLEMS!! I only take it once a day right now, I will start taking it twice a day here in about a week (morning and night) You also cannot beat the prices here on this site!!!

Great. One of the only calcium's i can find without magnesium, which gives me some intestinal problems. The tablets aren't exactly "mini" compared to other vitamins, but they are small for calcium tablets, should be fine for people who can't swallow huge pills.

Rainbow light makes very complete supplements, and this form of calcium is so much easier to swallow than the huge pills that calcium normally comes in and always made me choke.

This supplement is one I can take without upsetting my digestion system.
