this product tasted bad. I had to mix it with something so I could drink it.

I'm using it to help with my ulcerative colitis, and I've noticed small improvements after 4 days. The consistency is like jelly, which is a bit hard for me to swallow, but there is virtually no flavor to this. It tastes like gel water to me. I would recommend it.

i use this on my skin for burns and it's very soothing. i also use it in my morning smoothies. i haven't noticed a different in the taste of my smoothies at all. i wouldn't mind if it were a bit thicker.....it's pretty watery. but it does it's job.
