Suggested Use
Easy and Energy Saving Cooking: Cook 1 to 2 minutes in boiling water and stir gently. Switch off stove. Cover pot for abount 20 minutes. Ready to serve. The good texture of Tinkyada can withstand quite a bit of over-cooking.
Stovetop Cooking Instructions: Put one package of pasta into 4 quarts (3.78 liters) of boiling water and add a tablespoon salt (if desired). Stir occasionally and cook medium-high on range for 19-20 minutes or until desired tenderness is reached (2 minutes less for oven cooking). Rinse with cold water for a superb texture. Drain well. For best results, rid pasta of surface moisture. Can be served hot or warm with any kind of pasta sauce or in your favorite pasta recipes, in hot soup, in salad, stir-fried, or as a casserole. Use it as you would like any regular pasta.
Store in a cool, dry place.

Not able to get this product locally and it is sooo much better than any other.

I recently made stuffed shells for a family gathering. As I have to be gluten free, I used Tinkyada pasta shells...to rave reviews! No one could tell that they were gluten free and so many people went back for seconds, there were virtually no left overs. It was more popular rhan the lasagna that was made with "regular" pasta! I wouldn't hesitate to buy them again and can highly recommend them to anyone wanting to be gluten free...even if you don't have to be!
