These prenatels are great! I love the extras they include like the digestive aids. I switched to these after not getting enough iron or folic acid with my last baby. So glad I made the switch!

After much research, I decided on this prenatal b/c it's organic and has a digestive blend as well. 4 a day, but I just take 2 in the morning and 2 in the afternoon. My iron levels have gone up and I have much more energy. No longer have to take an iron supplement. Also my hair grows like a weed ever since taking these! Will continue taking throughout my pregnancy and while nursing.

The prenatal vitamins I was previously taking, even though the dosage was one a day, upset my stomach. This vitamin, taken 2 at a time twice a day doesn't bother my stomach at all. I feel the quality and price at Lucky Vitamins is the berst.
