I came across Onion Magic at a health food store in Santa Monica, CA about four years ago and have been in love with it ever since. It truly does add a distinctive taste to just about any meal, even salads. I think it Lucky Vitamin's price for it is great. Again, the flavor of this product does not overpower but rather enhance the taste of foods. It is my secret arsenal in some of my most delicious meals for family and friends.
