Himalayan Institute Neti Mist Sinus Spray is a new 100% all-natural spray uniquely formulated with ingredients to help soothe and decongest your sinuses. Neti Mist™ Sinus Spray was designed to naturally assist and facilitate easier & clearer breathing and may be effective for seasonal sinus support. This product can be used prior to nasal irrigation with the neti pot in order to deeply flush out the sinus passages. Use as needed every 2-4 hours and when in crowded public environments such as schools, public transportation such as airplanes, buses and trains.

Suggested Use
Suitable for adults & children 6 and older with proper adult supervision. For best results, use prior to nasal irrigation with the Neti Pot
- Shake well, remove cap and safety clip
- Hold with thumb at the bottom and nozzle between fingers.
- Prime pump prior to initial use by depressing several times
- Insert the tip of the nozzle just past the nasal opening (1/8th-1/4th)
- Pump once inside of each nostril and gently sniff back thoroughly for best results
- Wait at least 30 seconds or longer before blowing nose
- Use as needed every 2-4 hours and an occasions when in crowded public environments such as schools, public transportation (airplanes & buses)
- May be used safely for longer periods of time for optimal results
Warnings
For Intra-nasal use only. Use only as directed.
Ask a doctor before use if you have: A succeptibility to nose bleeds or sinus sensitivity. A pre-existing chronic sinus condition or nasal surgery. Allergies to any of the ingredients in this product.
When using this product: Avoid contact with the eyes. In case of contact, flush with water and immediately seek professional medical attention. More than one person using this dispenser significantly increases the likelihood of spreading infection

ordered this item by mistake. It is drying if you need it. I'm keeping it on hand should my nose become runny.

I use this every day... twice a day. I live in the Desert SW so my nasal passages get very dry. This is the best for loosening dry or clogged mucus. I don't always have time to do a full neti pot so Neti Mist has been a nose

A metaphysical shop recommended this item when I was suffering with allergies during a trip to the mountains. It turned out to be the best product I've ever found to help control light allergy problems. Also, since it can be used frequently (unlike perscription sprays) it keeps my sinuses moist and clear through cold season. This is the first year I didn't get a cold while everyone around me got sick. I know things don't work the same for everyone, but I'm so happy with this product, I suggest it's worth a try.

Works great for dry sinuses. I did not try it for running nose yet. But it cleared and moisturised my dry nasal passages which lasted for hours if not the whole day. Love the long lasting effect.
