Thai Kitchen Instant Rice Noodle Soup Thai Lemongrass and Chili without flavor enhancers Disodium Inosinate and Disodium Guanylate (I&G).
Disodium guanylate and Disodium inosinate are flavor enhancer, which may be non-vegetarian. Its sources are mineral, animal (meat/fish), vegetable, or fungal. Often used together to create a deeper, more savory flavor. Thai Lemongrass and Chili Instant Rice Noodle Soup is WITHOUT these flavor enhancers.
Disodium guanylate and Disodium inosinate (the combination is known as disodium 5'-ribonucleotides) are natural disodium salt of the flavor enhancer guanosine monophosphate (GMP). They are commonly used in conjunction with glutamic acid (monosodium glutamate, MSG).
As it is a fairly expensive additive, they are not used independently of glutamic acid; if disodium guanylate and disodium inosinate are present in a list of ingredients but MSG does not appear to be, it is likely that glutamic acid is provided as part of another ingredient such as a processed soy protein complex.

Suggested Use
Cooking Time: 3 minutes
Stovetop:
Step 1: In a small saucepan, bring 1 cup of water to a boil.
Step 2: Add rice noodles, powder seasoning and oil seasoning.
Step 3: Cook for approximately 3 minutes, stirring often, until noodles are tender. Enjoy!
Microwave:
In a mircrowave-safe cup or bowl , immerse rice noodles, powder seasoning and oil seasoning in 1 cup of water. Cook on high temperature fo approximately 3 minutes or until water is hot. Stir well; let stand until noodles are tender. Enjoy.

Originally, I found this packaged soup laying around my house, and I thought "how many calories is is this sucker?" Since packaged Ramen is 240 calories per serving, with 2 servings in the bag. I am normally against processed foods but I made an exception for this one. Its quick, easy, GLUTEN FREE, and only 170 calories for the whole package! I just make sure not to add the entire flavor packet to lower my sodium intake. Also, I cook this on the stove top for about 3 minutes, add in fresh broccoli, Spinach and toss some cooked shrimp, and Viola! its a meal in less than 5 minutes and its filling. I haven't been able to find this soup anywhere else, and I've searched. I believe my sister said they sold it at Ralph's, but it was $1.89 per package! Inflation much? So I buy and auto- ship 24 packages here to my house and get it for $1.04 (with shipping included).

I don't do noodles or thai. I wanted to try this to see if I'd change so I can't say much on the product.
