I first used the strawberry slicer while in Oregon as my sister had one. Thought it was a time-saving tool that made quick work of stawberry slicing. I purchased one while in Oregon & came home & gave it to my daughter as I knew she would use it more than I would. A few weeks later, after searching LOTS of local stores & not being able to find the slicer, I ordered 2 on line. They arrived in good time & I am now a very "happy camper". It cuts through the strawberries with no problems handling even some whoppers in size! I am totally happy with my purchase & highly recommend it!
