I use these for energy and mental clarity, and I do think I see a difference.

First time user of b12 drops and I must say I am a fan!! My energy level has increased, for some reason my appetite has decreased, the taste is pleasant and will continue to use this product.

Last year, a natural health practitioner told me that some of my chronic symptoms were caused by mild nervous system damage and recommended liquid B12 supplements in Methylcobalamin form for support, which is the only form of B12 that can be used by the central nervous system. A palatable, liquid B12 supplement in methyl form at an affordable price - and without unnecessary additives - is not easy to come by, so when I discovered this one, I decided to try it out. I am able to adjust the dosage to meet my needs and find this supplement to be just as effective, pure and nearly as potent as more expensive formulations. I've been taking it for almost a year and it has made a noticeable difference in my health and well-being. It is among my "must have" supplements to maintain optimal health - I highly recommend this brand and form of B12 for anyone who is deficient or has nervous system issues.

My husband & I both enjoy this product...Extremely affordable,Great tasting,Free of so many things we try to avoid -Sugar,Starch,Salt,Gluten-Boost's energy unbelievably! We can absolutely see the difference on the days we don't use our B-12 drops...And much more convenient than the Doctor's office!

My daughter is a vegan and I was concerned about her B-12 supply. I purchased other B-12 products and she didn't like any of them. She liked this one and began taking it. Her last blood test is the proof that this works to boost your B-12 levels; she was over the chart!

Tastes delicious. Waiting to get blood work done to see if my B-12 levels are better. I am reviewing this without that info because I am hopful it will be fine because I actually remember to take this every day (keep it by my bed) because it is a nice taste and I look forward to it. Sometimes I even take an extra dose, just for the flavor!
