Kal Pure Stevia Organic Extract has a scoop inside! Kal Pure Stevia Organic Extract has NO unpleasant aftertaste and NO calories. The steviosides should not adversely affect blood glucose levels in most individuals. Stevia extract is from the leaves of a small shrub of the chrysanthemum family called stevia. Stevia grows wild in Paraguay and Brazil and is cultivated in Japan and China. The stevia extract contains steviosides. The glycosides in the leaves of the plant generally account for 10% stevioside, a substance that makes it unique among over 300 species of stevia plants. The extract is calorie-free and should not affect blood glucose levels in most individuals. Unlike the whole herb, the extract does not have a pronounced aftertaste.

For some reason we need to use twice the amount of this KAL-Pure Stevia Organic Extract than the regular KAL Pure Stevia extract. The organic still sweetens with a clean, non-bitter taste, however you may need to use two scoops instead of one per serving.

I have tried several stevia products but this is the best tasting without being bitter or having an aftertaste. It is important to learn to adjust the amount you use to your taste and often it is very easy to use too much resulting in an unpleasant taste sensation. The prices at Lucky are really good for this product.

Very good product. No aftertaste. Definitely do not stray from the little measuring teaspoon included in the bottle--I used 2 level spoonfuls once--whew, way too sweet--1 is plenty!! Enjoy!

I like this product because it is pure, it only has stevia and no fillers in it. Consequently you need only a tiny amount to get the sweetness you desire. I haven't found any with a better taste. It is not an artificial sweetener; it is actually a food that is sweet with next to no carbs in it. I am pre diabetic and have kept myself free of diabetes by greatly limiting my carbohydrates. I love sweet flavors and am able to satisfy my craving for sugar with Kal Pure Stevia Organic Extract.

I bought the wrong Stevia. The Organic is not as sweet as the Natural. The Natural Stevia
Extract has a better taste and texture.

I love this stuff... no after taste with perfect sweetness in my tea. I have been using it for 4 years now and there is NO substitute.

I absolutely recommend this!! I love using this in hot teas and in other drinks, including smoothies, in place of other sweeteners. I especially like that it does not have the bitter aftertaste that is so prevalent in sugar alternatives.
