These sound so good but every time I take them I get diarrhea. What a disappointment.

Love these vitamins! They have EVERYTHING! Was out for a while trying to find them and could really tell a difference in how I felt. I could find the Solaray Multi's but not "wihout iron" and iron is one thing I cannot have. I found Lucky Vitamin and found them so I ordered a bunch. They carry many of my "hard to find" products.
I take these with my protein drink in the morning and they've never upset my stomach, which is a major plus.
I highly recommend Solary Multi and actually have to many friends.

I hadn't realized how good these were until we ran out. We bought another brand until we could order more. After we started taking the Solaray again my energy level went way up. I had just thought I was not getting enough sleep. These really made a difference. Now that I see they have a once a day with the same ingrediance I think we will try them next time.

One of the best whole food supplements. Have to take more than your usual vitamin but more readily absorbed and utilized. I use it for both my son and husband. After studying many brands, our integrated clinci MD recommended this product. We are very happy.
