Carlson Labs Super 2 Daily is a super multiple-nutrient supplement easy-to-swallow soft gels to help keep you feeling young and healthy. Super 2 Daily is iron-free. Super 2 Daily contains fish oil and lutein, as well as Vitamins A, C, D, and E, and a variety of minerals, including calcium, zinc, selenium, thiamin, riboflavin, folate and magnesium. Super 2 Daily also has trace amounts of naturally occurring minerals from wild Atlantic kelp and dulse, including: boron, bromine, cobalt, lithium, molybdenum, nickel, rubidium, silicon, sulfur, titanium and vanadium.

Vitamins
Vitamins are organic compounds that are necessary for normal growth and maintenance of life. As we are unable to synthesize vitamins, we must rely on foods and food supplements to maintain adequate amounts in our body.

Thirteen essential vitamins have been isolated and these are divided into two categories, water-soluble and fat-soluble vitamins. Minerals, like vitamins, must also be supplied by dietary means as we are unable to synthesize them in our body.
