I had heard that liquid vitamins are digested better and I so I ordered life solutions to try. I really like them I have been taking more expensive tablet vitamins and I feel much better using life solutions. I am less tired and am even doing things around the house after work. I rated 4 because I don't really think it has a great taste but I take it with orange juice and it blends well.

I was taking this supplement last year but quit to try less costly pills. Well I'm going back the the Life Solutions Super Multivit

Like Cindy from WV, I switched to less costly vitamin pills for a while and found it to be a big mistake. I now get this Life Solutions multi-vitamin liquid auto shipped to me. I have more energy and just feel better all over. It is a great product. My only complaint with it is that it has an oily aftertaste (hence the 4 star rating rather than 5 star). Wow, it's something but the great results far outweigh the icky taste. And you only have to take 1 tablespoon. One 32 oz bottle will last about 2 months so it really is a good value.

I tried a smaller bottle of this liquid vitamin previously and was quite happy with it so ordered it again. I do muscle-testing to see what my body needs, and this was the brand and the variety that my body "told me" it wanted. It tastes really good, like a combination of berries. I can taste the B vitamins. That may not sound so great, but to me it's delicious. I have plenty of energy with this product and I'm 57 years old. The only other supplement my body seems to need is MSM.

It is as good as it gets for me! Only 1 TBSP. per day and not a hand full of pills to take during the day. The taste could be better, but I can tolerate it pretty well for now.
