I have had horrible allergies and sinus pressure this year and I can't believe the difference after just a couple time of taking these. I can actually breath, it's amazing! The pressure in my sinus' is gone too.
It says to take two or three at one time but I like to break up the dose, I take one in the morning and one before I go to sleep so I wake up without pressure. I love the Irwin Naturals brand and I'm extremely happy with this product!
